Differential Pressure Leak Tester
The PB-5000 is a combination pressure box and leak tester. In manual mode, the system can apply pressure or vacuum to the test port. For automated leak testing, the unit looks for pressure change by first inflating the part then isolating it from the supply. Leaks cause a drop in pressure, which is measured by a transducer attached to the test port. Test pressure, stabilization time, test time, and allowable leakage are user definable. The unit provides one-touch activation with clear pass/fail results.
